At Bhisajyam, we strive to deliver wellness to your doorstep efficiently.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

For help with overseas shipping, please get in touch with our support staff.

 

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery: 5-7 business days.

Express delivery: 2-3 business days (available for select locations).

 

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹999.

For orders under ₹999, a flat shipping price of ₹50 is applied.

Express delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Cash on delivery charges will be Rs.100

 

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

 

6. Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.

Bhisajyam is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government regulations.
