At Bhisajyam, we take great care in delivering our products to you in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy

Return Window:

Returns will be accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure you inspect the product as soon as it arrives.

Conditions for Return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the seal is broken or if the product appears used or tampered with.

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

Important:

Please do not accept the package if it appears visibly broken or tampered with at the time of delivery. Kindly inform the delivery agent and contact us immediately.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.

Exchanges are only allowed in case of defective or damaged products.
